Excellent work and original, frame, and again frame and again frame, and as the main spot just a bird's silhouettes, but some times that simple subjects gives great photos, very nice!

Hi Mary,
Great work. I think this shot would still work - even if there was no bird in the first place. However - the gull does add to the shot - and for such a small subject, it certainly makes an impact.
I find the centre frame slightly off centre too - but I have to admit I didn't notice it immediately - probably the effect of the diagonal lines.
Very creative and pleasing work.

You did something wonderful with it - title and comment on the photo is just perfect. Perhaps we also need to take a lesson from your comment and believe in our visions and our imaginations and what we do and don't like, instead of worrying about what others think all of the time. Beautiful blues with striking cloud formations. Your matting works well to suppliment your theme. I try to refrain from adding words to an image as not everyone can read english, but of course that is a personal opinion or choice, it certainly did not detract for me because it added a nice sentiment.
