About I admitted that we always view beautiful sceneries are by having larger objects in our photos such as trees, mountains, waterfalls or prominent objects surrounding it. However, we always look aways from the smallest things around us. What i focus here, is the finest and smallest thing we always find in landscape photography, the grass. They are like the cosmetics that made the landscape beautiful by touching up and beautify our land.

I like very much this picture Joe. There is a peculiar mood, may be thanks to the very dark green edge ranning across the image.
Ciao.

Very beautiful landscape. Good saturation, but try isolating the grass and increasing the blue of the green and reduce the yellow in it and that will give a richer colour but still vibrant.

Your thoughts are expressed well, I concur. The colours are gorgeous, rich really saturated. The details in each blade of grass is beautifully captured. Most of all I like your perspective nd how the grass consumes the largest amount of space in the composition. The fence breaks the grass nicely and functions as a leading line across it. An enjoyable vision. Cheers my friend, Gerhardt

Great shot. Love grass myself - it often adds movement to an image , texture and great tones. Love the green here agianst the yellow sand - works really well.

Really well done work, Joe. The grass is the foreground detail in the grassland :)

The image also has nice layers to keep the viewer engaged. Some grass that looks like trees, then a fence, then some darker vegetation and, at the back, a nice blue sky.

For some reason, the sky looks overly dark and with at bit of noise. Is it the processing?

Thanks Mark! I guess the pixelation is due to the resizing and i guess i have not done that very well! Thanks for remaining! cheers!

Joe,
Good capture of nature's beauty captured in the "everyday" world around us. I like the composition as well, with the three horizontal strips of color. I'm not sure if it's the result of the pixelation or too much stauration via PS, but the sky looks a bit too grainy.
