I've been on Hill stret 100's of times and never noticed view... good eye for you to see it can capture it. That old Court house is one of the originals from old downtown that has a lot of character that is missing from those built in the 70 & 80's.

I see you've taken advantage of our clear skys we've had the last couple days. You can barely see the smog off to the left! I'm very familiar with this scene but I just can't figure the point from which it was taken. Anyway, perfect timing for the right lighting.
