About Taken through a closed window using my little Elph. His fishing pole is hidden behind tree branches. You can see the handle right next to the edge of water.

Hi Chris, The pole is obscured by the tree branches, the handle is very hard to see as well.

Hi Lily

Really beautiful shot... great composition - such a shame the pole is not really visible - I nebver read the title and was trying to work out what the guy was doing!

Great perspective though.... apart from the hard edge shadow - you would never even know the building was there - the angle of the shot makes it looks as though the shot was taken from mid air!

Very nice!

Thanks for the recent comments!

Wow! Such wonderful light, Lily!
And I like the fact that there's a person in it.
Best regards, Chris
P.S. I can't see the handle!!!

Beautiful shot Lily. I love the inky silky blackness of the water. And the reflections. And the colours. And the composition. And....
Superb!

I have to smile... I was invited to a salmon fishing camp in July... I'm not a fisherman... but it is such a contemplative activity... as is this capture!
