Hi Hugo,
you're probably right with the exaggeration... just learning to use this filter.

Hi Thilo, Very intriguing shot. The freezing temperatures, and the evidence of fierce winds fit perfectly with the (maybe a little exaggerated for my taste) darkened sky due to the CP filter. As always well composed...
Cheers,
Hugo

Hmmm, I wonder what they do inside these very interesting buildings. I like the angle you used here. the colours are very simple but very effective, great exposure setting! -- Kind regards, Rafael

Are you sure these aren't Bavarian style "honey buckets" (outhouses);> ...Clarity is superb and would be an excellent example for a photo class,Thilo...perspective and the true white snow are both well achieved ...love the blue!...regards,gayle (7+)

What a scene! The buildings are quite wonderful, and you have captured the feeling of the place very well. You inspire me to experiment more with my circular polarizer. My success with it has been very limited. Thanks for the reminder. The frame is very well done, too. And that's as honest as I can be about this one . ;-) Cheers, --George

Spectacular - the sky is to die for - the wind just must howl up there to get the snow to stick like that - an alien landing to be sure - K
