Hi Tim; a very unusual format/presentation, but it really works well for this image-- a tremendous sense of depth. The warm golds of the foreground grasses stand in stark contrast to the dark threatening sky in the distance. Sort of a "Wuthering Heights" mood. Cheers. Craig

hi tim - i really like the long, vertical format you've used here - it gives the piece so much depth. Beautiful contrast between the warm tones of the grass & the cool grey blues of the water & sky. I wonder what it would be like to paint a piece in this format - 2"x6" or something? It would look great at the bottom or top of a stairway or something - & maybe a new challenge?! Anyhow, the photo's strong & i really like it. Hey - did you notice? we're side x side in the photo area??? ha, ha, first the homepage & now this! :O)
