Hi Fadel, if there is any photo where the chill factor by the biting wind is tangible, it's this one. Excellent capture of the atmosphere of the ghastly weather. With the high winds, it's undoubtedly not an easy shot to take, fighting the wind and the elements. Very dynamic; love the touch of blue in the top left corner, the last speck of hope in the sky...:) Awesome shot.
Cheers,
Hugo

This is our first, but hopefully not last meeting on the pages of "Usefilm" Mr. J. You did not write a bio, but nevertherless I invite you to read mine and pay further visits to my portfolio. Of all your beautiful photos (I saw two BIPs and at least one SC, I decided to comment on this photo not just becase it is the last one you posted and hence the first one I saw, but also because it is relatively simple and simplicity, I am told, is the secret of beauty in art. Thank you for your very kind words about my "Yemenite woman" and her origin. Best regards, Dr. Rafael (Rafi for future communications) springmsnn

Brilliant capture. I don't think I've ever seen a shot like this done as well. I can feel the snow hitting the side of my face and the cold winds pulling at my clothes. WOW! SPectacular mood set here. Very well done. This should have been in the best picture of 2004. It's definately an award winner.

Fadel, this is a really good landscape, which successfully gives a great feeling of winter. You have captured the space and feeling of the wind swept road with great skill.
