The shadows on the Elephant Tree bug me, but the rest is beautiful.

Very grand. Funny thing I came across a reference to this boojum yesterday. I'd decided it was something I must see one day. Doesn't seem to be from your portfolio, the initial reference.

I like the morning light on the cactus! They are quite unique. I've not seen the Boojum cactus while on my trips to central Mexico. It's got a lot of character! I'm thinking it would look pretty cool in infrared!

Love the warm lightening here Michael which make a great colour palette. Well done, really a very pleasing photo.

Hugo:

Could not resist - had to show off some of the plants with a person for scale.

Hugo:

I'm made of time.

The cacti and boozum are actually as tall as they look - about 10 feet and higher in some cases... it creates a really beautiful and otherworldly scene.

Wow! Michael! The lighting is fantastic! Very, very spectacular shot. The wide angle seems a bit forces, but it does fit with the scene. The cacti towering out into the sky look massive, and fill the composition nicely. Also, the saturated tones and colour depth give a very realistic feel about the rapidly increasing temperature in the early morning. Like this one alot. And luckily, it shows in the rating:)

Cheers,

Hugo

PS: I will reply to your email tomorrow, ok?
