About A short clamber up the rocks above the south viewpoint overlooking Gruinard Bay on the Northwest coast of Scotland allows one to look deep into the clear turquoise waters lapping at the grey shingle beach. The scene is neatly connected by the wavy grey tideline and is set off by the background mountains of An Teallach near Dundonnell. foreshore.
