Den, I always wonder if I get too close to the nest will I be attacked but they never even swoop just fly away. I think they know they're nest is so high nothing can harm them. The state puts metal around the poles where they nest so no animals can climb. On this one I kept sneaking closer and he was much more interested in the fish grub than me snapping shots. Even got a video of it. I think they're getting used to me...lol Marilyn
