I just can't imagine how u composed this. Great blending of textures of the feather and the fossil shell. Wonderfully rendered. By the way, do u know that this fossil (ammonite) is worshipped by the Hindus as a symbol of lord Vishnu, because the spiral structure in it symbolizes the spiral nature of galaxies. Cheers

Thanks much dear Fabio.releasing the scale of hube time span and thinking about past and this time, this ammonite Mandala(I called it) is a convenient toolfor me.And sometimes it draws me uninspected ideas, and various phenomena or thoughts of this time change from positive one to the negatives,--or quite reverse. And thanks your good understanding about wabi et sabi from Zen spirits.Wow good friend Fabio. Thanks again.

the very best in this genre of macro stills for a very long time I have seen here... and outstanding as a study in a 1000 nuances and shades of brown, red and grey tones. it's really a little quiet masterpiece in contemplative art; not just exactly 'wabi sabi' (because of the gorgeous colors:)), but maybe even better in its own. (and it shows me, how much I can and have to learn from pictures like yours: domo arigato for this!:))
