I love this differnet than usual view of the Parliament Buildings. The tone and rising mist give this an almost magical feeling. Iv'e never thought of them as a fairy tale castle before.

Excellent, beautiful job, amazing colors. I don't believe this is tilted. It looks like the river is running at an angle to the main subject. You main subject is the tower, which is straight. I see nothing wrong with this.

Oh, my goodness. Such a lovely image, the fog, lighting, colors, etc. You did a great job presenting the mood. Great work.

The colors in this are really nice tho, Roy. I have scanner problems as well...Only mine just has to do with underexposure of slide film I almost gave up on slide film due to this fact. I have no problems with my print....but can't give up on something that I just need to figure out. What kind of scanner do you have? I love mine..really...I know whatever problem I'm having is due to user error.:)

Yep, definately tilted... What was visible to my eye through the viewfinder was just a vague foggy outline of the hill. The building was barely visible. I am surprised I got it even remotely lined up on the verticals. I guess I was too tired last night when scanning to notice the tilt and correct it. I also tried to extract more detail from the slide this morning before work, but no go. I'll need to obtian access to a much better scanner in the near future.

Great mood Roy...water line is a hair tilted but killer shot nonetheless.

Roy's getting better :) See if you can get the shadow areas to scan better, it would make the shot much better.
