There would be too much snow right now. You need to go in the summer it over 8,000 ft. That day I was here the park ranger said it was 28 degrees that night. Its out there by Mono Lake and yes you need to go there at least once. We got there when it opened at 9 am and there was not many people there yet.

No fog here! How did you get the elevation? Were you on a hill? I think the different perspective is refreshing for this much-photographed house. The rest of the parameters are all just fine, too.
I should go there sometime, I suppose.
