Everything in the composition leads the eye to the building, even the cyclist is looking in that direction - well done. I think you could lose some of the sky and straighten the horizon at the same time, that's my humble opinion anyway.

i agree with Lukasz, that a square format without too much sky would be better (for my eyes only). Anyway a very very nice composition!

wonderful foreground - like the lines made by the "sculptures"; for the composition I would change it to square format cause the sky is not important here; also this man on the bike disturbs the view a little bit; regards Lukasz
