The more I look at this shot the more I dont agree with the title. In fact I think he is very happy and I think he was flirting with you I can tell from your profile picture that you are an extremely handsome man and it is clear that the monkey was just recognizing it. I think you should go back and see him as much as posssible, I think you two would be great together and this could be somthing really special. Good luck!!
Seriously though this is a great shot, excellent capture of the mood in the momment. One small suggestion, add an I and capitalize the title . "IM NOT HAPPY"

Gee...! Haha I don't even know if I dare to laugh, because with that face expression he can maybe be that angry that he jumps out from my screen! ;-) Absolutely fantastic expression! Did you make faces to him or how come he looked so angry?
I think this would work really well as vertical photo too, if you crop the sides. It would be even more concentrated on this unique and excellent face!

Not happy?!, I woudn't come too close if I were you, having seen he fangs. As a photo, it's excellent, though, sharp and well composed. You got the threatening posture vey well.
