I think that this one is the best so far from this place. It has three people not in a certain axis but the bicycle is very well placed in your synthesis. A sense of a movie here. I sent you a link with video artists.. Aris

Dear Patrick,
The combination of motion blurred people and rather slow people is nicely seen here. I also like the dynamics that comes from the tunnel. I'm a bit "concerned" about the middle part that seems too dark for me. A capture position more in the middle would probably help to get more light behind the silhouetted people.
anyway, nice one, my friend. Take care, Thilo

Hi Patrick, it's nice to see a tunnel shot with alot of details within the tunnel itself ...;o)
I have to admit, the effect is not quite what I expected when I wrote my previous comments on your tunnel shots. This is mainly because the change in focus point (from the viewers perspective) changes the metaphore and atmopshere as well, removing a bit of the tension. I Didn't expect that change to be this big, but I do think its a change for the better. The image is much more agreable, but that's obviously a personal statement.
The motion blur in the cyclist adds a dynamic element, as does the perspective. The business makes the exit of the tunnel part of the activity within it, but not drawing the eye towards it, if you see what I mean. Excellent shot!
Cheers,
Hugo

the angle and the tonal range are really good dear Patrick... also the moving cyclist adds a lot... but impo the pic is bit overcrowded... maybe just the man and the cyclist... of course i know that in street photography one can't really have exactly what he/she wants and take what the moment has to offer and the eye sees... and you have a keen photo eye... keep shooting away in that tunnel... i like it!!! regards... emy

Excellent shot, the moving cylcist add a nice dynamic motion to a static scene. Keep experimenting. Lay on the ground for a different perspective, if you shoot at night it would probably be your position anyway - LOL!

Hi Patrick, you really have a photographic eye, you know how to compose your photos especially the lighting, it's great in your photos. Here, the lighting of the tunnel and the bricks are great, the blurred guy on the bicycle gives the sense of motion. Great work Patrick, regards my friend.

They are the same, but different at the same time. I wonder if you had stood at the other end, capturing their faces, or perhaps kneeling down some to take the shot at a different angle. I had thought about rain today after our talk, and I was thinking that would be great, but it would probably be hard to come by someone walking through the tunnel in the rain. :)
