This is our first meeting on the pages of UF, Mr. (?)O'Neill. I put the question mark in brackets after Mr. because you give away nothing about yourself abd I presume Shane to be the name of a man only from having seen a movie by that name whose main character (male) was called Shane. So please forgive me if I'm wrong and even for doubting. Your photos put you maily in Ireland bur in the USA too, but I presume that you live in Ireland. once more forgive me if I'm wrong. I took the opportunity to look through your entire portfolio, easy because there are not too many photos in it and difficult becuse they are all good and it's hard to settle on one to comment on. I finally opted for your "Subway", not in the least because it was taken by an OM1, one of the best film cameras I ever had, but also becuse you captured the movement of the train in it in a marvelous way. The fuzzy form of the woman next to the train adds to this dizzy feeling and all in all I think it's an excellent photo. You are, of course, invited to read my bio and pay further visits to my portfolio. For now, thank you for your friendly comment on my "Green winebottle". Best regards, Dr. Rafael (Rafi for future communications) Springmann

Strangely similar, the lights and those pillars are very similar to how they are in my shot. I guess NY and Toronto have same kind of subway design. :)
