About see inspiration 1 for reasoning. remember, an image doesn't have to be of "something", but a convenience of movement, texture, or shapes.

Great image. I agree with Hugo that the border is a little much. Probably because the image itself is so tall as normaly I'm all for nice big borders. Thje image itself is very peacefull and quiet with still a hint of action. Very nice work..

There are so many interesting aspects to this whole series. I really like the long, narrow proportions on the black mat. It all works together for a very nice presentation.

well thank you very much! after seeing your art I am honored. the complexities you create, full of life and movement, dynamic realtionships, and a lot of thinking to create your composite. I am afraid I can't even do that, I go in the opposite direction to find a part that intrigues me, whether it be movement, lines and angles, shadows, and of course the wonderful presence of texture. glad you commented so I took notice of your provcative artwork.

Hi Fern, I read the reasoning in Inspiration 1, and I can completely relate to that. If I got a dime for each time that happened to me, I'd be rich.

A great shot, very well composed and cropped, The slight motion blur makes it very dynamic. This is a perfect example that a part can tell a stronger story than the overview, as it leaves more to the imagination and has more tension in it.

I only think the black frame is a bit heavy, but that's very subjective. Excellent shot.

Very impressive portfolio

Cheers,

Hugo

Hello Fern...it seems that we may be on similar paths at this moment...texture and contrast taking power over subject and content to a certain degree.

This is excellent w/ it's sense of movement and subtle colors,

Chris
