I like selective coloring, and in this situation it works well for you. It helps to single out the one fish who is most in focus. The colors of the fish aren't overly bright which I think helps make it successful. Nice one~

Gerhard, Yes, I selected everything but the colorful fish, then did a motion blur (with about 5 pixels) and desaturated. There are two ways to sharpen, one is to sharpen, the other is to unsharpen everything else... Cheers!
