Can hardly believe the accurate detail of the plume of hair on the man's head. It looks just as if it were "lifted" from the photo of the bird! His nose is a bit of a beak, too, which helps. Funny one, Roger. Great fun!

Hi Roger, Very, very funny touch of copying the parrots forelock / cock's comb (is that propper english in this context?) to this, rather excentric man's head. It fits perfectly....)
If only you placed the forelock a bit more on the skull, instead of on the outline of his head. That could've fooled me....
Excellent expressive shot, though. In a way, the forelock is not even necessary, the image would've been as strong without it, and maybe even stronger, as your rework attracts too much attention...
Needless to say, a very creative rework.
