About	Saqqara pyramid at it's splendour... Yes, this peculiar Step form of Pyramid fascinates by it's mistery as being the world's oldest major stone structure! Saqqara was built in the 3rd Dynasty (around 2630 b.C.) for King Djoser (also spelled Zozer) and it's construction was overseen by his vizier and Chief Architect Imhotep, who decided to improve on the simple bench-like design with a series of steps that formed the first Step Pyramid. The continuing evolution of such Pyramid design would eventually lead to the Great Pyramid at Giza. Image was scanned from the 10x15 photo using a ViewStation AS6E Artec flatbed. Dedicated to JEFFREY CARTWRIGHT, a well-educated gentleman from Birmingham - the main Industrial City of the English Midlands, now living in Canada, who is superb in everything he does!

I don't know to much about Pyramids
but I know you do have very nice shadows in this picture
and very nice Composite
And one more think not only you shearing your excellent pictures
but you have a very good knowledge about them to!!
