Mandy,
This was shot standing inside A dark tunnel. It was actually storming and lightening outside fiercely..I exposed off the clouds then in post production added the darker vingette to hide some of the sidewalls inside the tunnel (there were really distracting lines in them)..also the water in the foreground is added in ps.
Sky is enhanced suttely with blue filter in ps
and overalll I added a slight gaussian blur in layers in ps then gradually erased the center out..
