No, it wasn't after the Big One. I levelled myself by the street on one of those lovely SF hills and this is the result. Interesting, at least... As you can see it was almost night so it's got the blue night mood on the highlights. Very slow speed, handheld, I think I used flash and as the car blur shows, it's in synchro with the opening of the shutter so the cars seems to be going backwards. Which, after all, contributes to the weird look of the image. Try this one next time you're on a hill.

Beautiful color, the blues and the browns really go weel together. It took me a moment to notice why this photo is a bit disorienting, you have the parked cars on an even plane and the building is at a slant, which is very unique and adds to the picture greatly i think. Tim
