It's so expresive...I don't know what do you wanted to express throught this photo but I think that the photo comunicates a journey of recapture,a journey full of mistery and excitement that don't have an end...I believe that this journey can be interpreted as the purgatory which whil be experienced by all of us but some will not be able to reach an end and will be damn to continue the journey forever...

The only thing that really bothers me is the fact that that model is REALLY skinny!
How come every model these days seems to be having to pass through the criteria af anorexia to be considered as someone/something beautiful?
Put some meat on the models for gods (or for womens) sake!
The photo is really great besides that fact...

Paul, I wrote a longish comment on this when you first put it up but I can't find it... Here we go again... This has that mysterious, almost other-worldly look that many of your best pictures have. It's most artfully contrived but all the elements (threatening sky, model with beautiful legs and exquisitely feminine pose, petal-strewn puddle, and that umbrella...) work together so beautifully that it looks quite natural and UNcontrived. This is what I call "art" photography--not created in PhotoShop after the fact but created in the mind of the photographer before the shutter was ever pressed. A "favourite" of mine!
