About This building is actually very dark, but I took this photo with one hundred film speed and a 30 second shutter. The boy stood very still in place for the first 15 seconds and then he quickly moved out of the shot for the second 15. Hense his ghost like appearance. I would like any feedback you may have. Thanks

Well done. You have indeed made him appear ghostly and the light and gold tones give it that ethereal quality.

As soon as I saw that, I was going to ask if it was a real ghost, haha. Then I read what it was about. It's very pretty pretty wherever this is.

Great Idea, I have experimented with similar things ie long exposure/still subject/zoom from 28-200 mm in about 1.5 secs gives fantastic effects as well. Perhaps the image in B&W with the boy staring at the lens would give an eerier appeal. As it is I like the shot from "round the corner" certainly makes me feel as though I have just seen a ghost.
