this time you exceeded your self showing what a unique talent you are once more...No matter how many people do the same thing still some images are unique because they have the gift of creation and love for the object of photography.
I consider this an exceptional photo...the look of the girl... the eyes...masterpiece!!

I don't know if it is considered rude to give away another's tecnique, but I do know how this effect was achieved, and since this IS a learning site...
I can be done using Adobe Photoshop, with the Eye Candy 2000 "Weave" filter applied. Standard ribbon width and gap size increased, as well as shadow amount increased. Thread detail reduced to 0%.
Here is a photo of my own that I have altered in a similar manner. It is not as sharp and image, but you get the general idea.
