About	Sightseeing in New Orleans on Bourbon Street I came across this Alley. I found it curious that the lantern was still lit during the day. I converted the image to black and white and retinted the plants and fire in the Lantern.

It gives a rusty effect to make it look old and worn out so it gives it more character

Jeff, It was tough, I had to stick my camera thru a set of rod Iron bars to get that shot and set to slow Shutter..It was very dark (sky was overcast) in the Alley. Actually that is probably why the lantern was lit.
