So nice colours. Just imagine a picnic in there... I think its a great contrast now between the field and the gray clouds. Nice!

Hi Ursula,

Thanks Neil,I`m glad, that you like my first version, though there really is a lot of empty grey sky ;( I realized it only after Davids comment. And Yes,there is some PS (lighting effect? no idea, how the english word is).And now I could spend the 25 $ for becoming a donor...:)))
if I knew,how to do...
Kind regards,Ursula

Hi Ursula - great photo - i like it. Don't want to make any enemies here but IMHO i prefer the original crop, the reason being the vignetting in the corners, to me they add to the photo and when it is cropped tighter it makes it look like a mistake, (although it looks like you did them in PS?)i think when it is there and adds to the effect then leave it. :) Just my opinion though, so make sure you don't pay David the $25, he'll hate me for that :)
Gruss aus der Schweiz - Neil

Great, that'll be $25.00 for the advice thanks Ha,ha,ha :)
It actually shows that the rule of 'thirds' doesnt always work.
This is much better even though the horizon line has been pushed way up to the top of the frame.
Cheers :)

Still looks very nice to me.
LOve the soft colours.
I wonder if cutting 50% of the grey sky off would help to focus more on the field?
