Eh in effetti..l'effetto mi sembra quello degli stereogrammi..quei disegni che, per dirla breve, guardati in un certo modo, da 2d diventano 3d..
Questi alberi sembrano balzare fuori dallo schermo! Colori e luce stupendi!
Ciao, Ale

Walter, this is a very good choice of title and perfect image.

I have to say, first of all I read the title as ?3rd?, and thought to myself: that's odd, I mean there are three trees, but the focus is on the second. lol.

Right... enough of my pointless blubber, I love this image, it's got beautiful vivid colours, original angle, and that extra "je ne sais quoi"...

Sorry to go on a bit.

7!

Regards,
Ciprian

Hi Walter, yes i can see what you mean about 3D. It definately has 3 level to it, the foreround (nice and low), middle area (with the trees) and the background with the clouds! A classic and well thought out composition. Very nice.
Best wishes - Your friend Neil

I would agree with Ran Brosh, I would of focus on the tree and have the grass blurry. Great colors! Keep up the good work.
Look at my portfolio

Great colours. Did you use any polarizer or something like that?
About the title....It's nice although the 3rd dimention (depth) is not very emphasized. Maybe if you'd narrow the DOF and focus on the trees then you'll get better feeling of depth.

Ran.

Yes, it does look a little 3D, Walter!

Kind regards, Chris

Love the saturated colors, the simple comp and the high contrast. Fantastic film, isn't it? Agree with Hugo on the mild crop on the RHS.
Good one, Walter!
Cheers! Carlheinz

Yeah you're right, Walter. That IS 3D! The sharp foreground, the great contrast to the background. The clouds seem to connect the trees in that composing. very crispy. cheers, thilo

It does look 3D Walter, if anyone knows how to use Adobe PS well enough this picture will probably look fantastic in Infra Red with the strong blues and greens. 7/7 from me :-)

Antonio Trincone   {K:23167} 6/10/2004
there is a 3D feel, you are right but just in the upper part, for the sky color, I suppose, the bottom of the shot give usual flat mood

Hi Walter, I see what you mean. The highlights in the leafs are excellent, I think that's what creates that 3-D effect. Fine shot! Maybe I would crop off the tree and shrubs on the left side. I think it would create a stronger connection with the previous one, but in all fairness, I think this one has alot more appeal. Good shot!

Cheers,

Hugo
