First, Jeff, congratulations on 'Photo of the Day'. Well deserved. Second, this is astonishing. The rain resembles a soft misty water fall. The clouds and deep blue of the sky are wonderful. I love the way the landscape is minimal putting all the focus on the immensity and drama of the sky. Splendid capture.
