Really nice, it makes me feel a rush of excitement as if on a roller coaster-if that makes any sense. I really like the composition and angle-something so ordinary has become larger than life, just extraordinary~

mich überzeugt die SW Version mehr...

aber auf eine Kinderrutsche wäre ich mit Sicherheit nicht gekommen :)

How beautiful! It amazes me that you can make such wonderful photo of "just a tube". It's really so wonderfully composed and full of feeling! Lovely details too! I think colour is better, but it's not really colour or not colour that makes this so special. It's this great composition! What I mean is that I would probably love it no matter what colour you chose. It's the mood that is so great!

wow. Uwe. sorry for the tube ! so the children are going inside it. hm.. interesting!
I just LOVE IT IN BLACK &WHITE even more cause of the dramatic look and impact.

nice reflections, DOF and composition. the tube even seems to be painted because of the mild blur. very surrealistic and great idea. as for the b/w version: IMHO, you lose the painted look of the tube which would be a pity for me ;-)

cheers, thilo

Both colour and B&W work for me. A great abstract image. I think that this would look even more amazing however if the support structure wasn't there - should be an easy delete in PS (?). Kind regards 7/7

thank you all so far, btw it is not an industrial tube but one for children on a playground where they can slide down...;-)

i was not quite sure about the colours so i made a b&w-version, too. but this does not convince me either....;-) what do you think?
