Actually I do like the green statue..lol...grins..gooo figure... but both ways is nice I feel... I felt the other one looks plain to me... I like that green ........

A well chosen standpoint tho after having seen the complete statue now I think that there are there are surely others which could be also impressing. There are some parts very black and if you go there next (with statues I always need 3 sessions)try a fill in flash ? I tried also my 75mm there. Very nice shot.

OK Debra. Here's the one in colour I rejected for the closeup (above). I don't like the greenish tint of the bronze on the statue, I feel the essentially feminine nature of the coloured schoolbags doesn't come over very well, and the background is overexposed. But hey, you wanted colour and Voila! here is colour!!

I too really like the masculine statue.... but again... color is needed to make it stand out more I feel...very strong

Remotely Rodin, although it has some resemblence. As usual you have all the tones very masterly covered. The angle of view is nice. Rob.
