your imagery of people . . . very strong to me. I have never felt comfortable photographing people, and I admire your style very much (I can enjoy yours and stick to my obsessions in photography)

Hi Aris, A (near) perfect shot! (I'll get to the "near" part later) Fantastic tonal range, and the simplicity of the scene is superb. The composition as well as the combination of subjects together with the hard key of the photo create a very good tension in this shot.

As to the near part, I feel a bit ambiguous about the ever so slight perspective and the distortion of the photo. With some minor photoshop work, I tried to level the horizontal lines and remove the pinch in the photo. I think it does do justice to the graphical quality of this shot. Hope you don't mind? In the process, I also removed the windowsill, as I find it a bit distracting from the simplicity of the shot.

None the less, an excellent shot, very creative!

Cheers,

Hugo
