Yes, Keith (and others), this was quite a drastic crop and the combination of grain and sharpening (plus a low-res commercial scan) are beginning to show. I hate to admit it, but maybe I need to think about using longer focal length lenses? By the way, do let me know when you are next going to India.

Hi Roger, you are certainly starting to get the hang of it, though in this instance the crop is just starting to show grain. I'd prefer to see you go real close, but thats difficult for these semi candid shots.

Yes, Matsukawa San. I used to watch the "Pink Ladies" on TV and that's why I chose this title. There was another lady beside her but I trimmed her away because she looked unhappy. And I didn't change the title...

Williams San, Great shot !!! When I saw the title "Pink Lady" , I just remember " Pink Ladies" , they were singers here in Japan almost 25 or more years ago. Do you remenber them. Anyway so fantastic and this is my first time to see your closeup people photo. Right ? Regards, Koichi
