fantastico documento storico..vuoi sapere una curiosita'...ho aperto la foto perche' la miniatura mi ha fatto ricordare il film:salvate il soldato ryan..che ho visto una trentina di volte...scoprire che la foto risale a quel periodo è stato forte..ciao e complimenti a questo scatto...

The image itself is well done. 2 things that make me think this is newer, 1 the man in the truck is wearing a 1960's fatigue hat and 2 there is no rank/stripes etc on the men...

I have to believe that this photo is authentic and therefor a precious item to the beholder. The quality is fantastic. What surprises me is the building behind without any blemish in a heavy war zone near Caen. Another remark is the incredible young people that did the dirty work, almost still kids on this photo.
