About This was taken in Antigua, Guatemala (the town where my grandparents live). All the buildings look similar to this one but not all have the nice explosion of color! Plus this one has the added bonus of two Guatemalan children who happened to be walking by at the time! :)

Excellent explosion of colours - the blue is just oozing out of that wall.
Seems like you ladies are having great fun - and that is so important :-)

Hello Morgan! (& Kessia, though I don't know you ;-)) I still check your buddy profile, because you always have great and amusing links, and luckily I was led to this picture. I am absolutely in love with it! I love scenes like this with such great colors...don't you think the rotunda should be painted like this instead of that boring white? take care :) -melissa

Really exellent street photography, with lovely juicy colors and well composed, but I think it would be better witout the door to the right and the window to the left. Do you agree.??....Stig

Good, colorful shot. The use of a wide angle lens leads to some distortion (the window and door frames are leaning toward each other), which could be corrected in PS or Paint Shop Pro.

Hey! Don't I know you? :) This is wierd - I just logged on to Usefilm, saw this right on the first page and recognized it immediately! This is a really cool shot (if you remember, I took one of the same wall, but it was not very good) Really nice composition - it looks almost as though the blue were coming out of her basket! I kind of like how the lines converge to the left, adding to the sense of motion in the direction the woman and child are walking.
It's great that you're posting here - It's a really good learning resource as well as a place to show off your work - keep 'em coming! Hope things are going well for you at UVA.
Take care, Dirck
