Thanks for your feedback! I didn't spend much time adjusting the picture. I only adjusted the contrast as far as I remember, and I'm sure I didn't touch the saturation. It was all done in a hurry just after I got back from skating. I guess I'll spend some more time working on the picture before I get it printed out.

Great action shot with a cool perspective (in difficult circumstances I might add! (would NOT trust myself to take pics while ice skating). Did you do something to the saturation of the sky? the colors seem oversaturated and overdone in the top half...

Stefan, the only way you'll save those overexposed areas is to add some texture back in. That's the life we face with digital imagery, and why I intentionally UNDERexpose my shots by about 1/2 to 1 full stop. Overexposed image portions are 'clipped', and have thus lost all detail. I like the angle and the intent even with the blooming snow.
