About In the religious Zoroastrian complex in Yazd, Iran, the buildings an Temples of Silence, dating back to 500 BC, are covered with grafity and surrounded by motorcycles, tracks and litter. It's only a matter of time, before these monuments of human history are either destroyed or placed on the Unesco world heretidge list... Let's pray for the latter!

Cheers,

Hugo

and here I thought it was only American people who would dare trash the beauty of their country.

Good job AND thought.

What a nice picture and great that you told us something about it. Good composition with and the people at the bikes in the front make the picture even more interesting! A very good job!

This is great. If teh cropping wasn't too tight at the right... but this I say is NOT big deal. The architecture looks very nice and for me very original. Best regards, JH.

Greeting Hugo,

Must agree with Mary on this one, just a bit soft.

Photo is croped a bit tight on the right, would like to see the entire building. Love the play of light and shadow in the entrance ways, Best Regards, Sandra

Groeten, Lex

Hugo,

It seems a bit soft - but I am always willing to attribute that to your scanner - the ruins are sad - but for some reason I am left with a feeling of Mad Max come to life...

Tim.
