I think it?s an awesome shot! Great DOF...Looks good to me in color, I know how hard it is to focus in lowlight, and focus in action shot?s with a digital. you?ve done both with this photo, excellent! Bravo!

Not sure why no one has commented on this. I like this shot. Great capture of the emotion of the singer. Nice comp and angle. Personally I would do B&W with some grain, but that is personal style. Here is an example from GIMP (PS offers better grain effects).
