About Went to the beach during an extremely low tide and so these pieces of kelp in the sand. I loved the patterns that were left from the water.

It's the first time I've heard of kelp appearing as a "tryptych". :) I like the gentle study of these found pieces. The little pebble in the first pic makes me want to scratch my nose if you know what I mean, though that probably makes less sense than Caiado...

your contrast sets the mood, the middle tones are smooth and even, the texture is natural. i love tryptychs, especially science and nature. you have made art of something most don't even give a second glance.

Great detail. Very creative eye. The b&w looks great, as well as the tryptych layout. Congrats on the EC award. Great job!

Caiado,

I have no idea what you're trying to say. Thanks for your opinion, you are entitled to it.

The idea to include 3 images does not explore the individual performance. In fact, it nearly make them look less inpiraty. Anyway, good printing and balance in middle tones. Caiado.

suppose its was possible to capture what the flow of thoughts from synapse to synapse on film, this is what it would look like, there's a sort of mood im noticing that recurrs from image to image of yours, melancholic maybe wise, but either way it feels the way light does before it dies on the film, so to speak, and i drool after it

drool...

Nice contrasty shot. I agree about the pebble. Also the left piece of sea weed seems to have a little less sharpness/contrast as the others.

Congrats on the EC Steve, very much deserved. Theres just one tiny little thing I'd change, and thats the left hand frame... that little pebble in the upper right. I'd like to see that removed in order to balance the three elements.

But good work really.

Regards

Keith
