Very introspective and wonderfully exposed, Natalie. I like how the gentle angle of the chair makes it almost feel 'fish-eye'.

Nice framing...and I think your calves could slay an army.

Lovely composition and works great as a B&W. I think the soft focus on the face works and may even be more appropriate than a clearer, "harder" focus. Great emotive expression and pose. Regards..:)

Welcome home! The spill of light through the doorway hasn't overpowered the rest of the shot, the pose makes me feel a little melancholy. I would have been tempted to move the chairs out of the frame and make it more isolated and less cramped. Nice work, I like the softness.

Beautiful portrait, Natalie - I very much like your model's pose, and her melancholy expression. The open door in the background is excellent - it casts a wonderful light on the floor that really helps set the girl off against it, and is full of the symbolism of hope. I think the chairs could go - if she were sitting in a bare room it would add a lot to the mood. Really nicely done!

Wonderfully peacemood mood, I am getting from this image.

But also at the same time, she seems to be slightly melancholy.
