Scanned at 300dpi from a bordered 3-1/2 x 5 inch print with slight cropping, sharpening, and contrast adjustments, plus minor digital retouching to clean up some scanner-surface dust. (It was hard to tell what was really dust, or dirt on the wall in the background, and what was light refractions from the beads, but I think I got it about right!) Note that this isn't a commercially available Minox film: I slit down 35mm film and loaded the Minox cassette myself in the darkroom. When I saw the beautiful way the sun was hitting this bead curtain in my daughter's bedroom, I grabbed the Minox and went in close - 1 foot. (The Minox lens has tremendous depth of field at focus distances above 3 feet, but none at all at the close end. Luckily, I grabbed a ruler off of my daughter's desk and made sure that the beads were *exactly* 1 foot from the camera!)
