Stage captures are SO difficult... well done with this! It's interesting that you have someone of East Asian origin dancing to Tagore's (West Asian) song. He is truly part of the world's cultural heritage! I think the composition is the strongest element of this picture, even down to the tips of her fingers touching the edge of the frame. It's as if she were almost bursting out of the frame at us! I think you will find that the flash helped to make the skin tones a more natural shade, not too heavily influenced by the stage lighting, with its lower colour temperature. Thank you for your comment on my panoramas of "Big Eye." I shoot with a panorama camera, so I'm stuck with the width (height) it gives me, alas... espcially when, as it was in this case, my viewpoint is fixed.
