It's no coincidence that the colour of the building is echoed in the colours of the leaves. Well seen, well captured! This gives a strong sense of unity to the picture, emphasizing and enhancing the already strong structure/composition. The reflections add a sense of space that keeps the large areas of similar colours from being oppressive. This is beautifull crafted as well as visually satisfying!

Great light- I think the foliage in the top and upper left is a bit distracting and interferes with the very nice left to right reading which would other-wise be very effective at drawing the viewer into the picture. I don't suppose there's much you could have done about.

Beautiful, nice and warm colors and great perspective/angle. The details of the bulding are very nice... pity for the sky, maybe a different cropping would help? (I like the light on the building and the water). I would go back and try even more shots there... it must be a very nice place.
