Wonderful photo, I love it! Although I don't know how it is with copyright on this one? Anyway, I think it's beautiful just lacking contrast IMO. I changed levels and attach it here. I only made light parts lighter and dark parts darker. Don't know if it's better or not, but it was fun to borrow your photo and play around! :-))

Very good worked! Just needed more shadows and light (curves).
Yes, I use PS to adjust colours and sometimes I use it to give a effects. friendly

An oldie eh? This one is pretty cool looking but needs some additional work. Buzz pretty much summed it up already I see. Restorations are pretty tough to do in Elements. I have included a copy that had a levels adjustment and a duplicate layer with a screen blend mode. I adjusted the opacity of the screen layer. That helps to get rid of some of the muddines of the original but I can't think of anything else I would do to it in Elements. Perhaps someone else has some ideas.

This might be beyond PSE... PS itself would have no problems. The clone tool would fix the upperleft corner quite quickly, even adding a few more pictures on the wall.
