About Saw this man sleeping in rush hour at the foot of the 'Eros' memorial in London's Piccadilly Circus, he looked so at peace as though he was where he wished to be.
(he was alright! I checked.)

Heaven in Hell. He's in his own little world, with chaos abound. Great street shot, nice angle too. Makes me wonder what's HIS story?

Nice portfoilio with some powerful images and verse, Ty for sharing it.

John my dream is to travel the world and record its suffering as well as its true beauty with the hope that it will make a difference.

What's deeply sad is that you could shoot these photos pretty much anywhere in the world with plenty of homeless people to chose from in any city.

You show great compassion towards these people with your photos, which shows you to be an exceptional human being.

Dearest Hugh...
I used to take photos of homeless and help as much as I can...now that I say your photos I know it is not a bad idea to upload some of these photos here...I used to think it would be a shame to "exhibit" my concern fot the less lucky people...
I also like to combine my photos with poetry... and dream as much as I can...

Would you consider becoming a member of www.photo-zone.net ? A mostly Greek community of photographers. In our future plans is to organize a big charity event about kidnapped children. You could be preciuous to us.

Mary
Greetings from sunny Greece

I follow your wish... I will not rate you...

I have been very happy to descover your pictures... and your personality through them and through what you write ! I'm not so brave and try to do my best in a life full of compromises etc. That can be felt in my photographs, i guess... anyway, i go ahead, even more modestly ! Cheers Hugh !

Excellent capture, Hugh. Very interesting and strange for me. I saw in Russia scenes like this, but it was drank or tramp people. Your sliping man looks different...He do this because - he just wants it...
Great journalistic and documentary photo.
Warm regards,
Lena

good job! this is in the most high-minded photojournalistic tradition. your picture documents but does not comment, and records its subject sensitively.

Living in a city you see this all the time, and after a while most uf us doesn't even notice it... says a lot. I think this photo is quite outstanding - peaceful yes, but it makes me ponder about the story behind it. Thanks

This is a strong image. It's sad but strong. Maybe powerful is a better word. None the less, the composition & tones are outstanding. I think I might add this one to my favorites! Well done Hugh

it's very sad to see people having no homes to go to at the end of the day.. your heart breaks while seeing such people while you have everything you want!
as for the picture it's splendid.. the details, the blurry background, the B&W and the guy's expression are all in your favour :)
congrats on such a beautiful shot.. :)
