The comp is interesting here. At first, I thought that the portrait should be tighter and closer but then I realized that it is unsettling and that is good. I think it is unsettling because the head and chair have the same horizon and the same amount of negative space above them - an equivalency that could be quite disturbing.
I like this series (at least this part).
