Beautiful! Wonderful colours and nice clarity. I really like the detail of the pollen. Graphically, this composition is superb! The shallow DOF doesn't bother me much. Had it been any deeper to keep the stigma in focus, the length of the pistil would also have been in focus, which would be a little distracting. As is, the background is nice and smooth, and the anthers really stand out. Coll shot!
Not sure, the focus seems ever so slightly off, and irks me from loving it as much as i should, cuz this is right up my alley. colors, dof, etc are all good, my eye thinks it might want more space toward the bottom tho~
