I think the yellow toning is too strong, reduce that to sepia and you have a far better image.

I like the potential in the clouds, those could be used to give the image far more tension.

Exposure is good, maybe a tad underexposed (probably due to the yellow filter).

As to composition, you'd be better off putting the dead tree more to the right. Directly in the center where you placed is if far from ideal.
