This time there seems to be a tension between the toning and the feelings the man is expressing. It's as if he is frustrated and anxious while the tones are calm and playful.

I took a course where the instructor said we should never photograph people unless we have had a conversation with them and know their name...getting closer would make for a more intense photograph.

Good capture. I like the solidness of the composition, the pose of the subject, and the subdued colors and sepia treatment enhances the mood to your story. I'm reluctant to try street photography given an incresed hostility of people to be photographed, but I suggest getting even closer to the subject. Best of luck!
